Fantasy Book Recommendations

• The Hour of the Dragon - A great Conan novel. It's slightly dated but public domain!
• Joe Abercrombie - I've liked all his books so far
• Gotrek & Felix - It goes down in quality after book 7 due to author change
• Deltora Quest - The first 8 books are great. The rest are alright but unnecessary
• Fighting Fantasy - A great gamebook series

Scifi Book Recommendations

• The Horus Heresy - Big space opera with tons of lore
• Red Rising - The original trilogy only. I personally don't like the 2nd half
• Aaron Dembski-Bowden - All his stuff is great
